What You’ll Do

• Accurately read and follow customer order tickets (printed in English)
• Locate and select specific items in the warehouse to fulfill orders
• Stack and prepare items for shipping using manual or single pallet jack (if available)
• Place completed orders in designated dock areas for truck loading
• Conduct visual inspections to ensure order accuracy and quality
• Properly label and shrink-wrap orders for shipment
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and food handling guidelines
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs consistently
• Comfortable working in various temperature zones (freezer, cooler, and dry)
• Proficient in reading English (for picking tickets and labels)
• Basic math skills for order counting and verification
• No forklift certification required; single pallet jack experience is a plus but not required
• Must be able to walk up to 20,000 steps per shift and perform 100% floor-based physical work
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and teamwork skills
