Responsibilities

  • Prepare order documents related to import/export transactions
  • Manage accounts receivable payments
  • Assist with month-end reports and administrative tasks
  • Maintain records and support daily office operations

Qualifications

  • Native-level Japanese and business-level English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong organizational and communication skills

Schedule

  • Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
  • On-site position
  • Minimal overtime
Minimum USD Salary: 45,000
Maximum USD Salary: 50,000
