Description
Oneida Total Integrated Enterprises (OTIE) delivers full-service facility and infrastructure engineering design, environmental science, construction management, and munitions response services worldwide, with over 25 years of successful project performance.
OTIE is actively seeking a highly motivated, full-time Administrator in Misawa, Japan.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provides English/Japanese translation, both spoken and written
• Supports the construction QA team and communication between the government and the construction contractor
• Taking and distributing meeting minutes
• Coordinating office requirements
• Coordinating and tracking reviews for submittals, contractor questions, and daily reports
• Maintains tracking logs and electronic files
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bilingual in English and Japanese
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
Preferred Qualifications:
• Five years experience as administrator/translator in engineering or construction industry
Compensation Range:
• $35,000 to $50,000
