Johnson Lexus of Durham has the exciting opportunity to expand its team with the addition of a Full-Time, Parts Counter Associate! We are seeking a friendly, goal-oriented individual with a positive attitude to fill this open position immediately!

Responsibilities Include (yet are not limited to):
• Experience with CDK DMS for daily parts sales and inventory control, Required;
• Japanese carline experience, Preferred;
• Effectively master the ability to search model specific parts;
• Have an understanding of inventory control;
• Assist with retail marketing or merchandising;
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction;
• Update stocked inventory documentation and driver delivery logs;
• Assist in keeping parts storage area neat and clean at all times;
• Must follow all company safety policies and procedures, and immediately report any and all accidents to a manager or supervisor;
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Must be self-motivating;
• Must be Able to Meet Company’s Requirements for Employment;
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds;
• Basic Computer Knowledge including Microsoft Office Preferred;
• Must be able to maintain a positive attitude while working under pressure;
• Proven Ability to Prioritize Multiple Tasks and Follow up Consistently;
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test, background check, driving record check and we E-Verify.
