The Opportunity
We’re on the hunt for an inspiring, driven Bar Manager who thrives in fast-paced, high-energy environments. You’ll be responsible for leading our bar team, curating creative beverage programs, and delivering an unforgettable guest experience. This is a key leadership role for someone who combines operational expertise with a passion for mixology and team development.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing bar team that embodies our brand and culture
• Design and evolve cocktail menus that highlight the Nikkei concept, using seasonal and high-quality ingredients
• Oversee daily bar operations: inventory control, ordering, scheduling, cleanliness, and compliance
• Ensure consistency in drink quality, presentation, and service standards
• Partner with the leadership team on activations, promotions, and revenue-driving initiatives
• Uphold health, safety, and liquor regulations with excellence

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Bar Manager in a high-volume restaurant, bar, or hospitality concept
• Deep knowledge of spirits, cocktails, wine, and bar trends
• Strong leadership and team-building skills; a natural motivator
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to multitask and remain cool under pressure
• Open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
