Job Description
Position Summary

Supports client acquisition and relationship management through promotional, coordination, and reporting activities. Works with internal teams and external partners to support product development, client communications, and business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support promotional and client relationship activities
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners on projects and requests
  • Assist with product and service support initiatives
  • Prepare reports and perform basic data analysis
  • Maintain client and business-related information
  • Support Japanese/English communication and documentation
  • Assist managers and perform other assigned duties

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • 5-6 years of relevant professional experience (financial industry preferred)
  • Strong PC skills (MS Word, Excel)
  • Business-level Japanese and English communication skills
