• Key Responsibilities:
- Lead evaluation and monitoring of IT project portfolios to ensure alignment with goals, scope, budget, and timeline.
- Provide independent assessments and strategic guidance to ensure delivery quality and risk mitigation.
- Establish and enforce governance frameworks, escalation procedures, and performance metrics.
- Oversee training and upskilling of IT project managers.
- Drive standardization of project management processes, tools, and templates.
- Promote adoption of tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project) and process optimization.
- Manage centralized knowledge hub for best practices and reusable templates.
- Champion communities of practice, internal workshops, and cross-department collaboration.
- Act as primary liaison with Japan headquarters for project alignment and transparency.
- Ensure senior stakeholders remain informed on project health, risks, and impacts.

• Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 10+ years in IT project management, including 5+ years in leadership or PMO management roles.
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
- Strong risk analysis and issue resolution capabilities.
- PMP, CSM, or equivalent certifications.
- Familiarity with ITIL frameworks.
- Knowledge of organizational change management practices.
- Strong understanding of SDLC.
