• Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead evaluation and monitoring of IT project portfolios to ensure alignment with goals, scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Provide independent assessments and strategic guidance to ensure delivery quality and risk mitigation.
  • Establish and enforce governance frameworks, escalation procedures, and performance metrics.
  • Oversee training and upskilling of IT project managers.
  • Drive standardization of project management processes, tools, and templates.
  • Promote adoption of tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project) and process optimization.
  • Manage centralized knowledge hub for best practices and reusable templates.
  • Champion communities of practice, internal workshops, and cross-department collaboration.
  • Act as primary liaison with Japan headquarters for project alignment and transparency.
  • Ensure senior stakeholders remain informed on project health, risks, and impacts.

• The right candidate will possess:

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Team-player mindset with confidence to lead discussions and resolve conflicts.

• Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 10+ years in IT project management, including 5+ years in leadership or PMO management roles.
  • Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
  • Strong risk analysis and issue resolution capabilities.
  • PMP, CSM, or equivalent certifications.
  • Familiarity with ITIL frameworks.
  • Knowledge of organizational change management practices.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC.
