• Mentor and guide team members, managing workloads and ensuring progress.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration with overseas teams to implement solutions effectively.

• Qualifications & Skills

• Business-level fluency in Japanese and English.
• 3-5 years of experience in business analysis or process improvement.

Technical Skills:

• Familiarity with database management and basic SQL.
• Experience with data analysis, reporting tools, or business intelligence software.
• Basic knowledge of automation or scripting tools (e.g., Python or similar) is a plus.
