About the Busser

Bussers at Cannonball play a key role in delivering a smooth and enjoyable dining experience. They ensure tables are promptly cleared, cleaned, and reset while supporting the service team in maintaining a clean and organized restaurant. With efficiency and attention to detail, Bussers help create a welcoming and polished environment for our guests.

What You’ll Do

• Keep It Clean: Clear tables quickly and efficiently, reset them for the next guests, and maintain a tidy dining area.
• Support the Team: Assist servers and hosts by refilling water, running food, and keeping service areas stocked and organized.
• Move with Purpose: Work efficiently in a fast-paced setting to ensure seamless service.
• Stay Attentive: Anticipate guest needs and assist as needed to enhance their experience.
• Work Together: Communicate with the front and back-of-house teams to keep operations running smoothly.

Requirements

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to constantly stand and exert well-paced mobility for a period up to 8 hours in length.
• Must be able to bend, kneel, stoop, reach, and squat on a frequent basis to receive and store stock, supplies and equipment as well as to work the line during service periods.
• Must be able to communicate effectively and listen attentively to supervisors, employees, vendors and guests.

Skills/Qualifications:

• Previous work experience as a Busser
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Must possess a high school diploma or its equivalent.
• Maintains composure under periods of high stress and high volume.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in written form.

Expected Hours of Work

Open availability with 2 out of the 3 weekend days available.
