A luxury hotel in Miami Beach, FL is looking for a Chef De Cuisine for their upscale Japanese concept!

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of upscale/fine dining restaurant experience.
• Japanese experience preferred.
• Extensive experience in overseeing a busy, high-end dining kitchen, emphasizing top-notch food quality and presentation.

Requirements:

• Create innovative menus that reflect the restaurant’s concept, emphasize seasonal ingredients, and cater to customer preferences.
• Manage all kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating, ensuring efficiency and strict adherence to quality standards.
• Lead, mentor, and develop kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and assistants, through training, guidance, and performance feedback.
