COMMISSARIES PRODUCTION COORDINATOR

Location:

• California Food Factory: 1850 Raymer Ave, Fullerton, CA, 92283 (N. Gilbert St and W. Commonwealth Ave.) | Monday to Friday: 7:00 am – 3:30 pm

Responsibilities:

The role of the Commissaries Production Coordinator is to assist the Production Supervisor to ensure the smooth operations of the factory. Will also perform various clerical tasks to support our warehouse operations. You will undertake a variety of activities ranging from overseeing production, setting up new products in system, monitoring inventory activities to arranging shipments and deliveries.

• Maintain food supplies and calculate ingredients needed from the fridge and conduct daily production record.
• Data entry into inventory management system of orders that are received, as well as ensuring data is set up correctly and adjusted in the system.
• Check food quality according to Bento’s standards.
• Assign duties to production teammates.
• Receive the goods/materials from suppliers.
• Record lot numbers according to Bento’s standards.
• Control inventory levels.
• Perform other office duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Minimum high school diploma
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Accuracy and attention to detail in data entry
• Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
• Reliable and hardworking with great communication skills
• Basic knowledge of mathematics
• Flexibility to work various shifts and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
