We are looking for Cook in Cerritos, CA

Responsibilities:

• Follows all recipes and performs food preparation & cooking duties including meat, salad, appetizers, entree, etc.
• Ensures a proper supply of clean dishware, pots, pans, and cooking/serving utensils are available
• Cleans work areas and all equipment used in food preparation

Qualifications:

• Equivalent experience and familiarity with basic cooking supplies and equipment is preferred.
• Restaurant experience preferred
• Knowledge of general sanitary and safety practices
• Must maintain good hygiene
• Work in a fast-paced environment and maintain great enthusiasm
• Be a team player with strong work ethics
• Must be able to work weekends and holiday season (Christmas Eve, Christmas, New Year’s Eve, New Year)
• Must be available to work at least 4 shifts a week.

Pay and Benefits:

• Wage ranges from $19.50 – $24 including tip
• Raise after training and regularly based on performance
