Summary
A California-based financial institution is seeking a dynamic and client-focused Corporate Banking Relationship Representative to join their Corporate Banking team. This role is pivotal in building and maintaining relationships with corporate clients, identifying financial solutions to meet their needs, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies. The candidate must be bilingual in Japanese and English, and responsible for maintaining relationships with overseas (Japanese) potential and existing clients.
Essential Duties (Unofficial)
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective corporate clients, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and retention.
- Business Development: Identify and acquire new corporate clients by understanding their financial needs and presenting tailored banking solutions.
- Sales Execution: Promote and cross-sell the bank’s products and services, including credit facilities, treasury management, deposit accounts, and other corporate banking solutions.
- Portfolio Management: Monitor and manage a portfolio of corporate clients, ensuring compliance with the bank’s policies and regulatory requirements.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and economic developments to provide clients with informed financial guidance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including credit, risk, and operations, to deliver seamless and customized services to clients.
- Overseas Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas (Japanese) potential and existing clients, serving as a liaison to ensure their needs are met.
Working Hours, Working style
Monday – Friday; 8 hours a day
