As a key people leader, this individual will manage and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and operational excellence. The successful candidate will be equally comfortable navigating complex accounting standards and driving forward-thinking initiatives that transform the way our finance organization operates in an increasingly digital, data-driven environment.
