Job Description
A leading global financial institution is seeking a Japanese-English bilingual Credit Risk Associate to join its Corporate Banking team in New York.

Responsibilities

• Perform credit analysis and underwriting for Japanese corporate clients
• Prepare credit applications and risk recommendations
• Conduct financial statement analysis and industry research
• Monitor loan portfolio quality and covenant compliance
• Work closely with Relationship Managers and product partners on new transactions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in commercial banking credit, corporate finance, financial analysis, M&A, consulting or related fields
• Strong analytical and financial statement analysis skills
• Japanese and English bilingual
• Advanced Excel skills
• CFA or MBA is a plus

Base Salary: $90,000 – $120,000
