Role and Responsibilities:
- Plan and schedule manpower to ensure efficient resource utilization
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective action procedures for die-related issues.
- Develop, implement, and oversee preventive maintenance programs for all dies.
- Establish, manage, and continuously improve die maintenance policies, practices, and procedures.
- Design, implement, and manage skill development and training programs for Die Maintenance Associates.
- Develop and manage downtime (DT) priority schedules to minimize production disruptions.
- Ensure overall safety, quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery within Die Maintenance and Machine Shop operations.
- Implement die problem root cause and corrective action investigation procedures.
- Manage die maintenance inventory to ensure availability of required parts and materials.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or maintenance environment.
- Proven background in coordinating maintenance activities, production support, or inventory management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills to support decision-making.
- Strong leadership abilities with experience supervising or coordinating teams.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Ability to train, mentor, and develop team members.
