Are you a hands-on operations guru ready to lead a multi-unit, high-growth restaurant group approaching its 25th anniversary?

We’re an award-winning leader in sustainable Japanese cuisine with a mix style of prime locations across South Florida. Were all about Spreading Goodness and are searching for a dynamic Director of Operations (DO) to guide our next phase of massive expansion.

This is your chance to join the Executive Committee and report directly to the CEO of a highly profitable, founder-led brand.

What You’ll Be Doing:

As the strategic and hands-on leader of all restaurant operations (traditional and non-traditional), you will:

• Lead the Charge: Oversee all food & beverage operations, ensuring a memorable culinary and guest experience across all locations.
• Be a People-First Coach: Lead with a culture-first mentality, build organizational talent, and develop the next generation of managers.
• Own the P&L: Manage the financial success of all South Florida locations, ensuring operational excellence, hitting KPIs, and driving profitability.
• Grow the Brand: Work directly with the CEO and cross-functional leaders to scale efficiently and help open new restaurants.

Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation: Starting at $100k per year (varies with experience)
• Bonus Program: Generous quarterly bonus program

What We’re Looking For:

You’re a low-ego, collaborative self-starter with an authentic passion for sushi, hospitality, and fun!

• Experience: 3+ years of multi-unit restaurant operations and executive-level leadership.
• Skills: Exceptional P&L responsibility, prime cost management, and proficiency in restaurant tech.
• Attributes: A strong work ethic, a love of being “in the field,” and a proven ability to thrive in a high-intensity, growth company.

NOTE: This is a crucial, on-site leadership role. You must be local in the Miami market and working remotely is not an option.
