Overview of the role:

As a Senior Regional Director at SNOWFOX, you will be responsible for the successful operation of multiple retail divisions. The director of each division will report to you, and your role is to guide them to operational excellence across all of our franchised Sushi locations. Enforcing Food Safety standards, merchandising guidelines and coaching your regional team to success should come naturally to you. You will report directly into the VP of Operations and will ensure that all SNOWFOX initiatives are cascaded and implemented successfully across your divisions. You will travel to your divisions weekly, providing in person support to your team. You will develop a great relationship with our retail partners, ensuring their needs are always met and they are happy with our SNOWFOX operation.

Key Accountabilities:

• Lead the Regional Managers and Regional Directors to achieve SNOWFOX standards in every location
• Ensuring compliance with operational, safety, and regulatory standards in every location
• Providing guidance and support to regional teams and franchisees on standard operating procedures and brand guidelines.
• Conducting training programs for franchisees and staff.
• Monitoring KPIs to identify improvement areas and focus stores.
• Analyzing sales data and financial reports to develop action plans as needed
• Identifying new franchise locations and assisting in development processes.
• Acting as a liaison between franchisees and the corporate office.
• Providing regular performance reports to the executive team.
• Addressing conflicts between franchisees, customers, and staff.
• Setting team targets aligned with company objectives.
• Conducting performance reviews and providing support for operational excellence.
• Assigning banners to retailers and maintaining direct communication for updates.
• Delivering presentations to retailers for effective communication.
• Planning promotions and analyzing item movement for informed decisions.
• Conducting performance reviews and refining operational skills.
• Analyzing feedback for improvements and providing necessary support and training

What you’ll need:

• Previous experience in a director position preferably within the food/retail environment and/or franchising
• Possession of a valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• Demonstrated strong leadership skills, capable of motivating and inspiring franchisees and their teams.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of the sushi industry coupled with confidence in food safety regulations.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills essential for building strong relationships with franchisees and stakeholders.
• Willingness to undertake 100% business travel as required.
• Experience in managing multi-site operations.
• Proficiency in leading and managing salaries of direct reports.
• Familiarity with 3rd party operations, such as clients and retailers.
• Competence in managing P&L, budgets, and KPIs.
• Prior experience in franchisee management, compliance, and operations.
• Demonstrated ability in promotional planning.
• A mindset geared towards continuous improvement.
• Experience in crisis and negotiation management would be advantageous.
