Job Description
MBK Senior Living is looking for an Executive Assistant to support our executive team!
Job Summary: The Executive Assistant to the President provides strategic and administrative support to the President, serving as a trusted liaison between key executives, employees, and external partners. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, proactive decision-making, and a customer-focused mindset to streamline operations and enhance executive efficiency.
Duties & Responsibilities
Administrative Support:
- Serve as a central point of contact for the President, managing communications and acting as a liaison with internal teams, external stakeholders, and parent company representatives.
- Oversee daily administrative operations, including managing procurement, coordinating events, and ensuring seamless execution of office logistics.
- Prepare, process, and track invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports for MBK Real Estate Holdings.
Calendar & Travel Management:
- Proactively manage the President’s schedule, ensuring alignment with priorities and commitments.
- Coordinate complex travel arrangements, including itineraries, travel requests, and expense reporting.
Communications & Correspondence:
- Draft, proofread, and distribute executive-level correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Screen and respond to phone calls, emails, and other inquiries with discretion and professionalism.
Meeting & Event Coordination:
- Plan and execute executive meetings, business reviews, and strategic planning sessions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to organize company events and special projects.
Project Management:
- Lead and support strategic initiatives and special projects as directed by the President.
- Build and maintain administrative systems to maximize operational efficiency and support business objectives.
Knowledge & Skills

Technical Proficiency:
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and other productivity tools.
- Ability to learn and implement new technologies to improve efficiency.

- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in all deliverables.
- Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a senior executive assistant role supporting C-suite executives or senior management.
Physical Demands & Work Environment
- Ability to work at a computer for extended periods of time.
- Mobility to move intermittently throughout the workday between office locations and divisions.
- Occasional bending, kneeling, stooping, and repetitive motion tasks as required.
Pay Range: $40-$45/hr
