Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for an Experienced Asia Pac Supply Chain Specialist (Level 3) to join our Supply Chain team in Hazelwood, MO.
This candidate will lead cross functional integration activities with multiple stakeholders to include Supply Chain, Program, and Supplier Management. Must have the ability to communicate clearly to Senior and Executive leadership and be results driven with a proven understanding of BGS-Government Supply Chain best practices.
This position will focus primarily on Korea and Japan hybrid/non-PBL programs in BGS-Government.
Position Responsibilities:
- Support NESEA Integration efforts between Supply Chain and other functions
- Provide CAM Support to respective programs
- Conduct weekly SM status review with key program stakeholders
- Oversee Supplier execution of all elements of PR generation, PO placements and on-time deliveries with first time quality
- Oversee repairs processing
- Manage concurrent spares process (CSP), includes integration of demand forecasting, and providing spares recommendations to meet contractual deliverables on time
- Maintain log of all shipments to and from Korea; establish counterparts in traffic, shipping, packing, export, GTC and all other applicable functions
- Raise issues to Program and functional leadership in a timely fashion
- Plan, coordinate and support site visits to suppliers
- Material shortage tracking and Report of Discrepancy dispensation
- Elevate issues to management in a timely fashion.
- Support supply chain integration activities for the maturation of the Supply Chain function at a Boeing subsidiary in Japan
- Ensure that there is clear alignment between all areas of supply chain relative to our support of KC-46 platform in Japan
- Foster relationships and build clear lines of communication between program office and supply chain function
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):
- 3 + years of experience working in an environment with competing and changing priorities
- 3 + years of experience with supply chain
- Must be fluent in English
- Proven communication and organizational skills
- Ability to communicate with senior leadership
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience):
- Bachelor’s Degree in supply chain business or related field.
- Bilingual in Japanese or Korean.
- 3 + years of supply chain and supplier management experience
- BDS Earned Value Management Certification

Summary pay range: $90,100 – $121,900
