Description

Sushi Masa is opening its first location in Plano, TX, and we are looking for a skilled and energetic Experienced Bartender to join our team. We are dedicated to providing our guests with exceptional, handmade Japanese cuisine and a top-tier bar experience.

This is a part-time or full-time, hourly position plus tips, where you will be an essential part of our front-of-house team. You will be responsible for crafting both classic and innovative beverages, managing the bar during your shift, and working closely with our servers and kitchen staff to ensure every guest receives prompt, flawless service. We are seeking a reliable professional who is eager to contribute to our success and grow with us in the DFW area.

What You’ll Do:

• Craft Exceptional Drinks: Prepare a wide variety of cocktails, mocktails, wine, sake, beer, and coffee/tea beverages following company recipes and standards, with speed and precision.
• Menu Execution & Innovation: Master our current drink menu and be prepared to learn and execute new recipes as the menu evolves.
• Bar Management: Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic bar area. Assist with inventory, restocking, and opening/closing procedures during your scheduled shifts.
• Guest Service: Provide friendly, attentive, and efficient service to all bar patrons, ensuring a memorable and positive dining experience.
• Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with servers, managers, and kitchen staff to maintain seamless service flow.
• Support the Business: Assist fellow team members with side work, running food, and completing any additional tasks assigned by supervisors.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience is Key: A minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Bartender in a fast-paced environment. Extensive knowledge of classic cocktail recipes and drink preparation is required.
• Technical Skill: Ability to work quickly and efficiently, handling a high volume of orders while maintaining quality and consistency.
• Organization & Reliability: Strong organizational and inventory skills. A responsible, reliable professional who is punctual and committed to following operational standards.
• Team Player: A positive, professional, and team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Adaptability: The ability to learn quickly, adapt to new menu items, and follow directions from management.
