Overview of the role:
We are looking for a Franchisee Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will be an experienced professional with previous experience in franchise recruitment preferred. Good commercial acumen, with the ability to understand and develop business plans and being a strong communicator is key to this role. The primary objective is to facilitate the growth of the franchise network by identifying qualified candidates and guiding them through the franchising process. You will be responsible for managing projects from beginning to end with maximum support and minimal supervision. You will act as a brand ambassador, promoting the franchise opportunity while maintaining transparency and adhering to legal and ethical guidelines.

Key Accountabilities:
- Create a recruitment strategy to recruit potential new franchisees.
- Assess potential candidates through interviews.
- Advertise and track the store openings and available stores.
- Abilities to assign both high and lower volume sale stores.
- Assisting potential franchisees with the franchise application process, including, collecting verification documents and certificates for FDD request.
- Effective communication and ability to guide the franchisee through the FDD process.
- Able to collaborate with respective departments to ensure a smooth process for our franchisees.
- Support the training team with franchisee training to ensure a smooth transition.
- Ability to plan, arrange, organize for recruiting events such as reserving hotel conference rooms, refreshments/catering, compiling necessary documents (copying and collating event forms), and assisting with the event coordination, set up, and dismantling/wrap up of events.
- Maintain close communication with franchisors to understand their goals, market positioning, and growth plans.
- Report weekly project milestones and recruitment activity.
- Build on our recruitment process by improving and innovating.
Please note a minimum of 40 hours per week is required. Due to the 7-day nature of our operation, some weekend work will be required, however you will manage your own schedule according to the business needs.
Overnight travel is required.
What you’ll need
- Previous franchise recruitment experience preferred.
- Knowledge of the franchising industry and market trends.
- Persuasive skills to highlight the benefits of the franchise and its potential profitability.
- Excellent communicator both verbally and through reporting.
- Strong decision-making and leadership skills.
- Proficient with MS Office Applications.
- Well organized with the ability to implement and manage project plans.
- Able to build and manage credible relationships with key stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and able to work alone whilst also being a valued contributor to the wider team.
- Able to travel frequently for recruitment events and other events as planned and necessary to the recruitment process.
- Capacity to successfully manage a pipeline of duties with minimal supervision.
