Job Description

We are seeking a Genesys Cloud PS Consultant to join our team and support our global clients. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud solutions and strong communication skills. You will be responsible for delivering consultancy, implementing technical solutions, and conducting training sessions. Fluency in Japanese is essential, as the role involves direct interaction with Japanese-speaking clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with customers and internal teams to implement Genesys Cloud solutions that meet business and technical requirements.
  • Serve as a technical point of contact for Japanese-speaking clients, managing communication and delivering consultancy in Japanese.
  • Conduct client training sessions, workshops, and knowledge transfers in Japanese and/or English.
  • Support the design, configuration, and deployment of Genesys Cloud solutions, including routing strategies, IVR flows, and integrations.
  • Analyse business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient Genesys Cloud implementations
  • Assist with troubleshooting, system updates, and continuous optimization of deployed solutions.
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure a smooth transition of solutions into production environments.

Qualifications

  • Fluent Japanese (spoken and written) is required.
  • 3+ years of experience working with Genesys Cloud in development, configuration, or support roles.
  • Hands-on experience with Genesys Architect, including IVR, call routing, and digital channel flows.
  • Experience working in customer-facing roles, with the ability to lead client discussions and deliver technical content clearly.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyse technical and business challenges.
  • Кnowledge of telephony infrastructure (Understanding of local Japanese telephony infrastructure is a plus).
  • Good understanding of contact center operations and business processes.
