Who we are looking for

Global Custody /Offshore fund Client Service, Senior Associate you will be responsible for leading the team to provide satisfactory services to clients, manage client expectation and closely work with Boston head office and other operation hub sites for improvement of services.

What you will be responsible for

Key responsibilities will include

  • Responsible for client satisfaction for customer’s evaluation and feedback to keep/expand business.
  • Ensure that all inquiries received from clients are well managed, monitored, and tracked appropriately until completion.
  • Responsible for client deliverables and service enhancements. Understand client needs and suggest improved service model.
  • Responsible for customer’s escalation with dealing with team members and operation teams and provide solution.
  • Co-work with global operation teams and create frameworks to provide enhanced services to Japanese clients. Create strong relationship with operation teams outside Japan.
  • Training and development of staffs, coaching and succession planning including the completion of staff’s evaluation and individual development plans in accordance with the company policy.
  • Responsible for managing resources within the team such as staff rotation and fair evaluation

Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the financial services industry at least over 3-5 years.
  • Support a culture of commitment, team work, productivity and hard work alongside diversity and work life balance.
  • Business level Japanese and English language skills
  • Ability to build a team that can deliver excellent client services
  • Analytical and interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic business understanding of global custody / offshore business

Salary Range:
$60,320 – $96,200 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
