Position Overview

If you enjoy hosting and helping others, are energetic with a positive attitude, and communicate with ease, this dynamic position is for you. As a Guest Experience Ambassador at Kualoa Ranch, you will engage guests, colleagues, and the community with the aloha spirit, providing warm greetings and seamless check-ins. You will collaborate with internal teams to meet guest needs, address special requests, resolve complaints, and offer guidance on tours, facilities, and procedures to ensure a smooth and memorable experience for every visitor.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage guests with a friendly, positive attitude, ensuring they feel valued from the moment they arrive.
• Assist guests with check-in, providing information on tours, availability, pricing, and other details.
• Respond to inquiries about Kualoa’s facilities, processes, and procedures, including tour restrictions, timing, and availability.
• Coordinate with various internal departments to address guest needs, resolve issues, and ensure services are delivered to the highest standard.
• Provide directional assistance and general information to help guests navigate the property and make the most of their visit.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Japanese, Mandarin, Korean, or Spanish are highly preferred but not required.
• Highly energetic and self-motivated with a positive and encouraging demeanor.
• Minimum of 2 years’ customer service experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse guests.
• Proven ability to multi-task and problem-solve in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as required.
• Familiarity with Hawaiian culture and traditions is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of Kualoa Ranch and the local area is highly desirable.

Work Schedule

Full-time position requiring open availability, including weekends and holidays.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
• Proficiency in using standard office equipment, including computers and phones.
