Pay Range: $17.00 to $22.50 hourly
Operations department is responsible for golf and tour reservations for Tachibana Enterprises, LLC.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Coordinate and process reservations, and communicate with drivers to ensure smooth operations.

Reservations and booking:
- Correspond with customer and supplier inquiries, and finalize reservations and booking information.
- Communicate with the team, vendors, and any other stakeholders.
20%
Communication with drivers:
- Assign vehicles and ensure all movements run smoothly.
- Communicate with drivers to update movements when necessary.
10%
Golf equipment:
- Assist drivers and farm-out companies with golf equipment rental.
Other Duties:
- Perform special projects and other miscellaneous duties as assigned by management.
Minimum Qualification Requirements:

Education and Experience
- High school diploma; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Possess more than one (1) year of experience in the travel industry or equivalent skills.
Skills and Knowledge
- Must be able to speak, read and write in English.
- Possess knowledge of the tour industry, tour movements, and arrangements; possess understanding of Japanese culture and etiquette.
- Possess working knowledge of basic computer systems, application programs such as Microsoft Office, email, and standard office equipment.
- Able to plan, organize, and assign the activities of drivers.
- Possess accurate math skills including usage of 10-key calculator, to be able to compute rates, ratios, and percentages.

Working Hours:
- Normal business hours: 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, Sunday – Saturday, including holidays, as needed
- Overtime may be required with prior management approval.
- Regular attendance is required for this position and you may be required to work after normal business hours and/or on weekends.
Working Environment:
- Air-conditioned office and/or remote workplace.
- Work can be performed remotely but may be required to report to the Tachibana Enterprises office 4 times per week or as required.
- Subject to varying weather conditions, up to and including, noise, pollution, dust, fumes and vehicle exhaust.
Equipment Used:
- General office equipment including phones, fax, copier, personal computer, scanner, etc.
- Software includes the use of Windows operating system, MS Office.
