Casa Madera is a high-energy, fine-dining concept from hospitality group Noble 33, located in both West Hollywood and Toronto.

The Host position is the first impression our guests receive of our brand and is the beginning of providing exceptional guest experiences. The host is the designated point person for seating each section appropriately, managing reservations, and setting appropriate expectations for the guest. The Host is accountable for keeping the host area clean and organized, and providing warm and welcoming service for our guests as they enter and exit our venue.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate seating and dining room flow
  • Answer calls and questions that guests may have on their upcoming reservations
  • Maintain awareness and attentiveness to guests and their special occasions, food restrictions and special accommodations
  • Maintain a working environment that complies with health and safety guidelines
  • Deliver excellent customer service by anticipating the needs of coworkers and guests
  • Ensure that side stations are prepped as needed for business demand
  • Build rapport with guests in order to increase repeat clientele
  • Complete administrative work in the morning

Qualifications

  • A clean and polished appearance
  • Strong multitasking abilities and a diligent work ethic
  • Experience in customer-facing service roles
  • Night, weekend, and holiday availability
  • Ability to stand for the duration of shifts and lift up to 15 lbs
