We are seeking an experienced HR Coordinator with a strong background in recruiting and HR operations. The ideal candidate will support full-cycle recruitment while assisting with day-to-day HR functions, including onboarding, employee relations, HR administration, and maintaining HR systems. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and recruitment strategies.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HRIS and ATS systems.
- Respond to employee HR-related inquiries and support employee relations activities.
- Assist with implementing and maintaining HR policies and procedures.
- Prepare HR reports and support day-to-day HR administrative functions.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers, stakeholders, delivery teams, sales teams, and vendors.
- Ensure confidentiality while handling sensitive employee information.
- Support continuous process improvements across HR operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources and/or Recruiting.
- Experience managing full-cycle recruitment.
- Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
- Experience using HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.
- Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SharePoint.
- Resourceful, detail-oriented, and a strong team player.
