Summary:
• Responsible for Payroll of transferees (hereinafter, “Rotational Staff” or “RS”) from ITOCHU Corporation (hereinafter, “ITC”) in III and subsidiaries in the US owned by both of III and ITC by collaborating with ITC HR.
• Arrangement of income tax filing collaborating with accounting office.
• Performs data entry into GSAP/Excel.
• Assist expense settlement of fringe benefits and relocation fees of Rotational Staffs, support onboarding and offboarding processes of Japanese nationals to/from Tokyo Headquarters to/from North America.
• Assist in managing health insurance program of Rotational and National staff

Key Responsibility Areas:
• Prepares calculation of allowances and other related payroll data and gross up ratio under Net guaranteed policy for rotational staffs and trainees, understanding HQ and local policy.
• Reviews payroll register for RS in order to ensure accuracy.
• Performs data entry into GSAP/Excel. Pays consultant and other invoices by posting entries to GSAP.
• Maintains files on all such activities. Prepares/ generates routine recurrent reports via GSAP/Excel.
• Assists with Rotational Staffs in their individual tax filing including conducting workshops.
• Assist day to day accounting process including accounts payable, accounts receivable, journal entry creation and conduct periodical book review of International HR account.
• Assist arrival and departure process for Rotational Staffs in collaboration with HR & GA Division of ITOCHU Corporation.

– Update settlement/departure information package

– Conduct orientation and assist in obtaining social security cards, credit cards and opening bank accounts

– Make reimbursements of relocation fees /allocate to appropriate accounts / issue invoices to subsidiaries
• Assist in managing and reviewing health insurance program, support claim process for Rotational and National staffs.
• Other duties as assigned including handling irregular issues.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in related field required.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive Human Resources Payroll experience.
• Experience with ADP preferable.
• Must be organized, detail-oriented and sensitive to deadlines based on excellent communications skills.
• Able to prioritize and complete multiple tasks with minimum follow up.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• SAP/GSAP experience preferred.
• Native Speaker and writer of Japanese, proficiency in English required.

Minimum USD Salary: 100,000
Maximum USD Salary: 110,000
