We have been sourcing premium Asian products since 1981. Only products that have been rigorously tested for quality will make it on our catalog. We are also constantly on the lookout for great new products to show our customers.
Eastland Food is looking for an outgoing individual a Human Resources Officer
1.Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
2.Provide counseling on policies and procedures
3.Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
4.Create and implement effective onboarding plans
5.Develop training and development programs
6.Assist in performance management processes
7.Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
8.Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
9.Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
10.Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
Qualifications
1.Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
2.Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
3.Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus
4.Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
5.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
6.Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
7.Strong ethics and reliability
8.Bilingual is preferred (English, Thai, Chinese, Vietnamese, Korean, or Japanese)
9.BSc/BA in business administration, social studies, or relevant field; further training will be a plus
