As an Inside Sales Specialist based in Gainesville, Georgia, you will play a key role in supporting our customers, managing inquiries, coordinating orders, and ensuring a seamless sales experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming customer requests and coordinate responses
• Collaborate cross-functionally to gather and analyze sales-related data
• Prepare quotations and support pricing and sales planning activities
• Maintain SAP records and customer portals
• Generate reports and ensure data accuracy across sales tools
• Support customer communications and relationship-building efforts
• Coordinate across teams and time zones for seamless execution
• Assist with documentation and presentations for customer engagements
• Perform general sales support and administrative tasks

What We Are Looking For:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field; experience in sales support, logistics, or accounting preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office; ERP/CRM experience a plus
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Clear and professional communication skills
• Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and detail-focused
• Problem-solving mindset with basic technical aptitude
• Adaptable and eager to learn
• Multilingual skills (German, Spanish, Japanese) are a plus.
