Job Type:Automotive fastening part distributor/Trading Co., URGENTLY seeks an entry level Japanese/English Bilingual Account Rep., (Sales Administrator)
Initially, you will start as a Sales Administrator, familiarizing yourself with the products and other aspects. After that, you will become an Account Manager and take on the responsibility of managing clients.
Salary range: 50- OR DOE

Basic Function
• Serves customers by selling products and meeting customer needs.
• Services existing accounts establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
• Adjusts content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales outlet or trade factor.
• Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of orders.
• Submits quote and product literature.
• Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
• Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques.
• Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
• Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Position is responsible for all aspects of sales (from business development to quoting to delivery, support any quality issue).

• Monitoring Inventory level and shipping schedule.
Essential Duties
New business development: Develop new clients and expand market share of company in automotive industry across North America.
Quoting: Make clients’ needs clear and seek for available products’ specifications, prices, and delivery dates. Confirm that products meet client’s needs and develop profitable quotes.
Mass production launch support: Base on clients’ start up schedule, preparation of each event (submission of documents delivery, etc.) and management of whole preparation of the supply (inform each department and confirm progress, etc.). Also solve issues in regard to coordinating clients and suppliers.
*Sales is responsible until delivering mass production parts and coordinate preparation of mass production (register to the system, etc.) from procurement to delivery.
Collection: Proof of payment from customer.
Client communication, Problem Solve (Quality, Engineering etc issue): Respond to customer questions/concerns concerning the product and resolve complaints.
Other tasks
Revise product pricing for clients.
Create and file documents of client explanation.
Negotiation with clients and suppliers.

Physical Requirements / Work Environment Requirements
1. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; use hands and must drive.

2. This position requires work in an office setting but does involve travel to customer and supplier sites or for the training.
3. Work outside of the office hours include: business trips, attending events, conference or training which require overnight trips.
4. Must be reachable for on-call while within office hours in case of an emergency due to the window person being with clients.
5. Lift small objects up to 35 lbs. able to lift up to 35 lbs. Not occasionally
Minimum Qualifications
1. Education / Work Experience
• 4-year degree
• Prefer experience in auto industrial sales
Computer experience with Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel and Outlook.
Communication skill both in oral and written to execute the tasks with clients, suppliers, and internal employees.
Skill in multi-tasking, prioritizing and able to meet deadlines.
Detail oriented and able to accurately process tasks.
Must possess a valid driver’s license.
