Triage software engineer with Japanese Fluency Perform high level defect analysis to filter out environmental setup issues, IVI vs server side issues and move tperson defects to correct queue HU, Server, Tier1, Tier2 etc. at tperson earliest Continuously monitor tperson defect dashboard, drive defect triage calls and work closely with PO, Eval Development team members to clarify defects and track tpersonm to closure Create dashboards and reports for management and otperson stakeholders Provide summarization of key po
