Triage software engineer with Japanese Fluency Perform high level defect analysis to filter out environmental setup issues, IVI vs server side issues and move the defects to correct queue HU, Server, Tier1, Tier2 etc. at the earliest Continuously monitor the defect dashboard, drive defect triage calls and work closely with PO, Eval Development team members to clarify defects and track them to closure Create dashboards and reports for management and other stakeholders Provide summarization of key po
