Responsibilities
As Kitchen Manager, you’ll:
- Oversee daily back-of-house operations-managing food quality, kitchen cleanliness, safety, and efficiency.
- Drive profitability by managing labor and food costs while ensuring operational excellence.
- Lead, coach, and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a high-performance, guest-centric team.
- Ensure compliance with health standards, opening/closing procedures, scheduling, and inventory management
Qualifications
Must-have:
- 1-3 years of restaurant or foodservice management experience-especially in full-service or high-volume kitchens.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and guest-service skills.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Commitment to upholding brand standards, quality, and team culture.
- Able to train in New Jersey, will provide lodging and commuting expenses.
