We are currently recruiting Japanese (Japan) annotators for an exciting and important document annotation project. This is a remote freelance opportunity requiring full-time availability and strong attention to detail.
Project Overview: The annotation work involves three stages:
- Segmentation Stage
- Blueprint Creation Stage (BCP)
- Blueprint Response Stage (BPR)
You’ll work on a variety of document types, including single-page, multi-page, forms, and non-form documents. Full training and detailed guidelines will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Annotate, process, and segmentation of BCP and BPR tasks
- Track and report your working hours daily
- Stay in constant communication with the project managers and team
- Be available and responsive during your set working hours (with flexibility when communicated in advance)
Tool & Training:
- All tasks will be performed via the client’s online portal (simple interface)
- Training recordings and step-by-step walkthroughs will be provided
- Our QA Manager will support you throughout the project
Requirements:
- Native Speakers of Japanese (Japan)
- Availability to work up to 8 hours per day until project completion (expected until September)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex guidelines
- Comfortable working independently while remaining collaborative and communicative
- Prior annotation or data labeling experience is a plus, but not required
IMPORTANT: the location New York was only set due to BambooHR requirements but as this is a remote job anyone can apply.
