We are looking for a Kitchen Manager to join the team!
Tako focuses on an inventive Mexican and Japanese fusion approach to street food, with a large selection of tequila and mezcal. We are looking for a Kitchen Manager to help lead the line and assist with tasks like training, inventory, and ordering.
Requirements:
-Must have open availability including evenings and weekends
-2+ years experience working in a high-volume restaurant with leadership experience
-Passion for excellence, superior service standards, and a positive attitude with a team player mindset
-Ability to work under pressure
-Love of exceptional food and drink
-Must be able to stand, walk, and move during the entire shift including frequent bending and stooping
Must be available weekends including Sundays
