Making acknowledgments by customer’s purchase orders
2. Customer following up
Mailing Catalogs
Submit Quotation
Samples Dispatch∂
Communicate/educate Rep
Get forecast from customers
3. Other
Making UPS Labels
Making FedEx Labels
Helping packing
Dealing with venders
Inventory check
Shipping Pepi part/wire to HQ
4. Office Organization
Filing
Update inventory list by spreadsheet
Update Customer’s Information
Organize samples stock
5. Performs other duties and responsibilities as required
