JOB DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES/QUALIFICATIONS:
*MUST BE FLEXIBLE ;MUST BE AVAILABLE FRIDAY AND SATURDAY (AM OR PM) BASED ON NEEDS OF THE COMPANY, AND EXPECT 5 DAY WORK SCHEDULE (NOT LIMITED TO)
*RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION* WE GET OUT LATE
*KEYHOLDER POSITION, OPENS OR CLOSES RESTAURANT
*FOLLOWS OPENING AND CLOSING CHECKLISTS, ADHERES TO DAILY DEEP CLEANS
*RESPONSIBLE FOR MAINTAINING/COMMUNICATING NEEDS NECESSARY EQUIPMENT TO MAKE THE MACHINE FUNCTION
*MONITORS TIME OF TASKS DELEGATED ,AND MANAGES OTHER STAFF IN THEIR DEPARTMENT DURING SHIFT, MONITORS SALES VS LABOR, FOOD QUALITY, TICKET TIMES, CLEANLINESS AND ORGANIZATION, DISCIPLINED, ADHERES TO SAFETY AND SANITATION REQUIRED BY HEALTH CODE AND OTHER INSPECTIONS
*WRITES AND FILLS OUT PREP LIST SHEET ACCURATELY NIGHTLY. WEEKLY INVENTORY.
*PROBLEM SOLVER, AND FIXES THINGS
*COMMUNICATES EFFECTIVELY WITH STAFF, GUESTS, AND OTHER LEADS/ SUPERVISORS(FOH MGMT)
*WORKS A LINE COOK POSITION DURING SHIFT AND A LEADER WORTH FOLLOWING.
*MANAGES THE DISHWASHER STAFF AND ANY OTHER POSITIONS RELATIVE TO THE BACK OF THE HOUSE.
*TRAINS STAFF AS NEEDED
*WILL RECEIVE TRAINING FOR A WIDE RANGE OF JOB
QUALIFICATIONS:
MANAGER FOOD HANDLERS LICENSE.(MUST BE CURRENT)
5 YEARS EXPERIENCE W// HIGH VOLUME IN A PROFESSIONAL KITCHEN
