We are inviting you to apply for Lead Sushi Cook / Roller. In this position, you’ll be responsible for crafting beautiful and delicious Sushi dishes, contributing to an exceptional dining experience for our guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Sushi preparation, exceptional knife skills, and the ability to engage with coworkers as a team player.

We do require that you have a background, consisting of a minimum of 1 + year experience as a Sushi Cook, demonstrating excellent sushi preparation skills and expertise in traditional Japanese fish cutting techniques and high-quality ingredients. Exceptional knife skills and ability to handle and cut fish with precision, speed, and safety. Ability to work under pressure, adjust to changing priorities, and maintain proper storage, handling, and sanitation procedures.
