About the Position:
Are you ready to make an impact? We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Learning and Development Intern to join our team! In this role, you will play a crucial part in promoting awareness and understanding of our training programs and Learning Management System, while enhancing learner engagement. This internship is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the Learning and Development field. You’ll have the chance to train employees, improve internal training processes, and contribute to exciting projects that elevate our training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional support to end users of the Learning Management System, offering navigation assistance and troubleshooting.
  • Create user-friendly guides and instructional materials that enhance the overall experience for our learners.
  • Design captivating presentations to support training initiatives and workshops throughout the organization.
  • Collaborate with us to develop and implement training programs that empower employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Work together with the team to streamline internal training processes and improve delivery.
  • Assist in gathering and analyzing data to support reporting requests related to LMS usage and effectiveness.
  • Review and assess existing training content, providing valuable feedback and suggestions to boost learner engagement and understanding.
  • Collaborate with the Learning and Development team on diverse projects that inspire growth and innovation.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills that resonate with our learners.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills to keep our projects on track.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • A customer service mindset-our learners are our customers!
  • Creative problem-solving skills to develop innovative solutions.
