Job Description

Domestic Order Processing:

  • Liaise with internal departments / warehouse/ logistics providers & fulfillment companies / customers on any logistics related issues.
  • Read, research and notate individual customer routing guides and labeling guides.
  • Communicate additional and special customer requirements to sales team prior to submission of quotes to ensure proper allocation of charges.
  • Process all domestic orders and coordinate with US warehouses on execution of detailed requirements for each order.
  • Coordinate with warehouse for custom and special order requests.
  • Handle management of additional temp warehouse staff for custom programs.
  • Coordinate with local Office Manager and Account Service for 3rd party label printing requirements.
  • Process all documentations needed for the order and the shipment.
  • Research cost, book, confirming local transportation as needed.
  • Book or coordinate delivery via customer portals.
  • Collect final shipping documents, images and other requirements for BC updates
  • Create Sales Invoice in BC and secure shipping numbers for final posting.

Warehouse

  • Responsible for submitting all orders to the warehouse including domestic, samples and internal office product request.
  • Maintain BC Inventory management.
  • Review monthly warehouse charges for HK Accounting payment processing.
  • Coordinate with local Office Manager for purchasing of warehousing and packing supplies.
  • Manage warehouse inventory including liasing directly with the warehouse for incoming containers, managing BC inventory updates and distribution of updated inventory reports to team members.
  • Manage supplies inventory.
  • Assist in creating logistics, warehouse and fulfillment processes.

Fulfilment

  • Assist in shipping low-volume E-Comm orders direct to consumers including downloading of orders, picking, packing ,creation of shipping documents and managing courier pick ups.
  • Assist in preparing sample packs to customers and marketing contacts including picking, packing, creation of shipping documents and managing courier pick ups.
  • Coordination with warehouse for large-volume E-Comm and customer sample requests.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, or related field; or 2-3 years of relevant working experience.
  • Experience in processing major US retailer accounts such as Walmart, Target, Walgreens, Amazon, Hot Topic, Gamestop is a plus.
  • Experience in International outgoing shipment is a plus.
  • Mature, detail oriented and willing to learn.
  • Hard-working and able to work under pressure.
  • Good verbal/written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office.
  • May be required to travel to warehouse location as needed.
  • May be required to work with overseas team members for additional coordination.
  • May be required to work off-hours for big orders from time to time.
