QUALIFICATIONS:

• Tenure:
• Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or management role within a similar concept.
• Experience:
• Must complete a 6-week Manager in Training (MIT) program.
• Must be comfortable with both FOH and BOH management duties.
• Must be detail-oriented and motivated for growth within a corporate structure.
• High-volume restaurant experience is highly preferred.
• Corporate restaurant background preferred (structured systems and processes).
• MUST HAVE a valid driver’s license and a car (critical for commuting to both Hackensack and Lake Grove locations).
• Thrives in structured, team-oriented environments.
