Apply U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP),International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), U.S. Generally AcceptedAuditing Standards (GAAS), or Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB)Auditing Standards. Communicate accounting and audit issues to clients inJapanese and English. Conduct external audits, including Securities andExchange Commission (SEC) registrants. Research technical accounting issues.Understand and address SEC financial reporting issues. Review audit work papers.Test the design and effectiveness of internal financial controls for assignedclients. Assist with account functions, including billing, fee analysis, andnew service development. Identify performance improvement opportunities forassigned clients. Demonstrate in-depth accounting knowledge. Pursue businessdevelopment opportunities. Establish and maintain client relationships andprofessional networks.

WORK SCHEDULE : 40hours per week, M-F (9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.)

JOBREQUIREMENTS:

Must have a Master’s degree orforeign equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Management,or a related field, and 2 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelor’sdegree or foreign equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration,Management, or a related field, and 5 years of post-bachelor’s, progressiverelated work experience.

Of the required experience, musthave 2 years of experience with the following: U.S. Generally AcceptedAccounting Principles (GAAP) or International Standards for Financial Reporting(IFRS); U.S. Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS) or InternationalStandards on Auditing (ISA); Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB)Auditing Standards; SEC financial reporting issues, including SEC filings forpublic engagements; and Testing internal accounting procedures andcommunicating findings to clients.

Must have an active Ohio CPAlicense.

Must have verbal and writtenfluency in Japanese.

Travel to various locationsthroughout the US required up to 5%.

Telecommuting may be permittedwithin commutable distance from the office location depending on business need.

SALARY RANGE : $109,408- $138,600 per year
