MILA has exceeded expectations in its initial two years, achieving remarkable success despite pandemic-related challenges and securing the #5 spot in The Restaurant Business Top 100 ranking. Building on this success, RDG has expanded into new concepts, including AVA MediterrAegean in Winter Park, Florida, CASA NEOS on the Miami River, Claudie (opened Feb 2025), and MM, a Membership Community. Upcoming projects include AVA’s second location in Coconut Grove and Casa Neos Lounge (Fall 2025), Noora and HONŌ Japanese Steakhouse (Spring 2026).

Summary:

The Marketing Project Manager will help develop brand and marketing strategies and establish relationships with clients. The duties and responsibilities of the Marketing Project Manager will center around our luxury brand, which is encompassed by high-end, high-volume, multi-sensory destinations. We are looking for a talented Marketing professional that is well-versed in the world of luxury brands, both creative and strategic thinker, who projects the confidence and knowledge needed to develop marketing strategies to ensure continued growth. This position will report to our Senior Director of Marketing.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Strong knowledge of luxury brands
  • Works hand in hand with Senior Marketing Manager to ensure the development of all collateral
  • Develop and implement a fully integrated marketing strategy plan based on the group culture, market trends, and operation data, that is aligned with Company’s vision.
  • Formulate, implement, and assess the success of traditional and digital marketing and public relations strategies all existing locations and new locations alike.
  • Oversee all areas of marketing and conduct an effective marketing calendar.
  • Maintain website platform (on Squarespace) (menu updates, photo updates, popup page updates
  • Plan, coordinate, and lead photo shoots with photographer.
  • Drive public relations efforts by providing objectives, vision, and directions to the PR agency and ensure coordination between PR agency and the operation, in order to best support the brand visibility.
  • Work alongside the operations team to develop the strategic direction of curated on-property marketing initiatives, experiences, and activations in order to increase sales and increase customer traffic.
  • Participate in pitch meetings, brainstorms, idea generation, staffing discussions, and more to continuously support business development and brand awareness and visibility.
  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with all key stakeholders.
  • Must be able to work under pressure and pivot as necessary as this is a fast-paced and rapidly growing Company

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • 5 years + of marketing experience within the high volume hospitality industry or the luxury industry (mandatory for application consideration)

  • Marketing or communication bachelor’s degree or similar level education
  • Social Media experience across all channels
  • Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation skills (pitch development, media materials, strategy documents, brand decks, investor reporting
  • Knowledge of Constant Contact for email campaigns and database management
  • Adaptable, positive, and able to operate in a fast-changing and challenging environment
  • Entrepreneurial and passionate mindset
  • Ability to stay on top of the latest consumer trends across lifestyle and entertainment, the best practices, and the evolving media landscape
  • Experience working with external agencies – PR, associations, partnerships, contractors.
  • Computer skills (Microsoft software: (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), worked with customer databases, and eye for esthetics and design
  • Good planning and excellent organization skills, attention to detail, following through on tasks
  • A balanced combination of leadership and team player skills
  • Results-driven, continually raising the bar to drive the whole organization towards achieving excellence

Physical Demands And Work Environment:

  • General office assignments-(typing), which lends itself to repetitive motion.
  • Sitting in a stationary position for several hours within the day.
