Japanese-English Bilingual Compliance Auditor

Have advanced Japanese/English skills & internal audit experience? Now hiring for a full-time Compliance Auditor role in Novi, Michigan. Entry level is an option!

Responsibilities

• Assess internal controls, risk, information security, and overall corporate governance for North American Operations.
• Develop and implement audits to review/assess internal compliance with laws, regulations, business operation efficiency, etc.
• Coordinate with various groups for improvement activities and monitor the progress.

Requirements

• BA degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in internal auditing; preferably automotive industry/Japanese manufacturing.
• This position is also open to entry level candidates; in this case, the salary range will be $50K-$70K (DOE).
• Bilingual (fluent) in written and spoken Japanese and English.
