Sales Director

Japanese language/cultural skills and automotive experience preferred for a Sales Director role in Novi, MI. Bachelor's + 3 yrs in a leadership role required.

Location Type: On-site

 

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and hold accountable the members of the sales department to achieve corporate sales goals.
• Strong leadership and people skills.
• Experience delivering client-focused solutions.
• Willingness to travel as needed, including out of the county.
• Monitor monthly and quarterly sales figures to determine strategic shortcoming and corrective measures
• Lead and schedule weekly and/or quarterly strategic meetings.

 

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Sales (business) related field
• Minimum 3 years in a leadership role for marketing or sales
• Automotive experience with high volume manufacturing preferred
• Some Japanese language/cultural skills a plus
• Sales experience at a Japanese company a plus
