Mercyhealth, an award-winning fully integrated health care delivery organization based in Wisconsin and Illinois, is seeking Nurse Practitioners to join our Emergency Medicine team at Mercyhealth Roscoe Urgent Care.

Opportunity:

Now is an exciting time to grow with us! Join the area’s first Urgent Care staffed with Board Certified Emergency Medicine Physicians.

  • Three opportunities available:
      • Full Time Four ten-hour shifts 0800-1830
      • Full Time Three ten-hour shifts 0800-1830
      • PRN
  • Collaborate with experienced Emergency Medicine physicians and have the full support of an excellent team of RNs and support staff
  • Holiday rotation and two weekends a month coverage (Saturday and Sunday)

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication/interpretive and analytical skills.
  • Ability to pass an Illinois Health Care Workers Background Check
  • Urgent Care or Emergency Department experience preferred

Certification/Licensure:

  • Graduate of an accredited NP program
  • Current IL NP License
  • Current DEA number and IL CS
  • ACLS, BLS, PLAS certifications required
  • Certified Emergency Nurse a plus
  • Advanced Nursing Certification a plus
  • Certified Transport Registered Nurse a plus
  • Trauma Nursing Core Course a plus
