We have partnered with a financial company in the New York, NY area to provide them with a Operations Analyst. Please review the below description and let us know if you are interested.

Prioritized must haves for the Operations Analyst:

#1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or related field.

#2. 2+ years of banking experience is preferred.

#3. Japanese language skills are a plus.

#4. LoanIQ experience is a plus

#5. General knowledge of banking principles and/or loan markets.

#6. Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Access).

Requirements for the Operations Analyst:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of banking experience preferred.
• Japanese language skills are an advantage.
• Familiarity with LoanIQ is a plus.
• General understanding of banking principles and/or the loan market.
• Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for thriving in a team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Access).
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills.

Other Key Requirements:

• Onsite role
• No sponsorships or visa holders. No Corp-to-Corp.
