Support admin, HR and accounting functions (esp. visiting expats and their families from Japan) with your advanced/native Japanese & English language skills.

Responsibilities
- Serve as a key liaison between Japan Head Office and US office.
- Support international assignees.
- Perform general administrative and office operational duties, inc. ordering office supplies, supporting payroll processing, data entry and verification.
- Prepare and submit required documentation to the Japan Head Office.
- Assist management with report creation and administrative support.
Requirements
- B.A. degree preferably in Business or Accounting from a 4-yr college or university, OR 3-4 years’ related experience and/or training, OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Working knowledge of MS Office.
- Working knowledge of SUM, VLOOKUP, PIVOT, and Round Functions are big PLUS.
- Advanced/native language levels of Japanese and English, both oral and written.
- Strong communication skills required.
